.NET eye opener

(This book is part of the very interesting “MCAD/MCSD Self-Paced Training Kit“.) I borrowed this book from the Microsoft Library here at my new job. They’ve got a very wide variety in books! Another plus to add to the list.
Although I’d like to think I’ve mastered quite a part of the .NET functionality, this book has opened my eyes for a few things. And sometimes, these were fairly simple things like webpage user authentication and authorization. Because I came from the older versions of Visual Studio I did a lot of things ’the old way’. This book has helped me do more things ’the .NET way’. I can only encourage you to read a book when you would like to get better.
